First Post On Blog

Dear Blog,

So this isn't my first choice of blogging sites. but since so many of my favorite blogs like "Lolita Charm" and many others use Blogger as a main source for their information, i decided to give it another go and see if i would enjoy this better than livejournal.

i feel creative on this page. just saying. like livejournal is nice and i love it dearly. maybe its just a change of pace. anyways. if you'd like to get me on livejournal i am : Usagi_MoonC. i chose that name basically because i have an undying love for Sailor Moon. I enjoy watching animes and hands down Sailor Moon is my favorite. its been a childhood favorite since i was 5. i even had the barbie dolls (and still do have some). i have the manga, and VHSs, i even had the collectable cards! now that i am older i enjoy Cosplaying characters from sailor moon. i have an internal battle against who i love more. Usagi or Chibiusa (Scerna or Rini). So i have cosplayed them both! :)  (image copyright Naoko Takeuchi)

Still under my love for anime and japanese culture in general (i do enjoy them both). I adore Japanese fashion. and do consider myself to be a lolita. it is not a cosplay costume to me. its more of a...elegance peek into a form of myself that lets me be a princess, lets me be cute, victorian-esq, happy, and expressive in the clothes i wear. i love sweet lolita. but i wear whatever i want. so if i want to wear black...doesn't mean i'm gothic...if i wear floral print...i'm not all into victorian maiden...i'm a sweet lolita so i bring sweet elements in all outfits i wear. that said i don't favor one type over the other. i love them all. though i don't like guro or punk...i respect them. and i love Baby and AP. ;D and meta if i could ever catch some of their prints.(image copyright angelic pretty)

Since i am not made of money...I sew. I sew not as much. but now i have a new Janome sewing machine i'll be doing alot more. :) i need a serger T_T really badly. i sew Cosplays and Lolita mostly. but i do occasionally sew for my horse. and her needs.

I own a horse. :) i train her with parelli. but i'll try to keep my personal life out of this blog and keep everything to my livejournal. so you'll only see my horse on high points, or if i make her accessories, have photoshots. etc.

This blog is also for school purpose. i have a class that requires us to blog about art.

i go to art school in minnesota.

need i say more?
